Change plan
Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing in bluprnts, and what happens to your data when a plan loses a feature.
Change plan from Billing. Upgrades and downgrades both run through Stripe, and your model is untouched either way.
Switch to a different plan#
- Open Billing.
- Choose Monthly or Annual with the toggle.
- Select Choose Growth (or whichever plan you want).
- Complete checkout with Stripe.
Your current plan is badged Current plan and its button reads Your current plan, so there's nothing to press by mistake.
Switch between monthly and annual#
Same route — set the toggle to Annual and choose your plan again. Annual is charged at ten months for twelve.
Manage it through Stripe instead#
Manage subscription opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can change payment method, view invoices and cancel. See Billing & invoices.
Downgrading#
Your data is never deleted by a plan change. What changes is access to gated features:

| Project planning layers | Your projects remain saved; you lose the ability to work with them |
| Watermark-free export | Reports print with the bluprnts watermark again |
| Multiple companies | Companies remain; access narrows |
| Unlimited reports | Existing reports remain; you can't compose new ones past the Starter allowance of one |
Nothing you built is thrown away, and upgrading again restores access to all of it.
