Everything bluprnts does, in one place
bluprnts is cash flow forecasting software built from the drivers of your business rather than your accounting history. You model products, sales, employees, costs and financing; bluprnts derives the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement, runway and breakeven from them, and turns those into reports you can send to investors, lenders and your board.
The capability set
Drivers in. Statements, scenarios and reports out.
The model
Products, sales, employees, costs and financing — the five things you control. Everything else is derived from them.
Cash flow forecast
Forecast P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement, plus bank balance, runway and breakeven, month by month.
Scenario planning
Cut sales, add headcount, put prices up, take on funding — move the levers and compare each case against the base plan.
Reports
Investor, lender and board reports with charts, statements and assumptions. The narrative is AI-written; every number is computed by the engine.
Xero integration
Pull real actuals in to ground the forecast against reality. Xero is an optional input, not the engine.
Also in the product
An assistant that can read the forecast — and change it
The AI assistant
An assistant that has read your model. Ask it why cash dips in March, what your gross margin is on a particular product, or which month you break even, and it answers from the forecast rather than from general knowledge. It can also make changes for you: adding a cost, moving a hire, adjusting a price. It executes actions on the model, so it is a way of working rather than a chat window bolted to the side. What it never does is invent a figure: it reads and edits the model, and the engine does the arithmetic.
Projects
A project is an initiative modelled inside an existing business: a second site, a new market, a product launch, carrying its own sales, hires, costs and financing. You switch it on and off against the base plan, so "should we take this on, and can we afford it" becomes a comparison rather than a separate model. It is the difference between forecasting a company and forecasting a decision the company is considering.
Trust
Every number traces back to the driver that produced it
Nothing in a bluprnts forecast is extrapolated, and nothing is hidden inside a formula. Every figure in the statements, every ratio, the runway and the breakeven month are computed from the drivers you entered, and each one can be followed back to them.
This is the quiet difference between a forecast you can present and one you can only assert. When somebody asks why a number is what it is, and eventually somebody always does, the answer is a path through the model: this revenue, from these units at this price, on this channel, in these months. An investor, a lender, an accountant or an auditor can check it rather than take it on trust.
It is also what makes the model safe to change. Move a price and you can see everything that moved with it, rather than wondering which cells in a spreadsheet were pointing at the one you edited.
Model the business. The statements follow.
