Do I need accounting data or a Xero connection to start?
No. bluprnts builds your forecast from operational drivers — your products and pricing, people, sales, costs and financing — so you can forecast before you have books. Xero is an optional input for grounding the model against actuals, not the engine behind it.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter includes the whole forecasting model, unlimited scenarios, the AI assistant, the Xero integration and one stakeholder report. Growth adds unlimited reports, PDF export with tokenised share links, and project modelling for forecasting a new site, product or initiative inside the business.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual plans are priced at ten months instead of twelve, so you save about 17% — Starter is £790 a year instead of £948.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan, or cancel, at any time from your account settings. Your model and its history stay with your account.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
