Cancel a subscription
Cancel your bluprnts subscription through the Stripe portal, keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, and know what happens to your model.
Cancel any time, through the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your model is kept.
Cancel#
- Open Billing.
- Select Manage subscription to open the Stripe portal.
- Cancel the subscription there.
Back in bluprnts, the Billing page will say "Your plan is set to cancel at the end of the current period." Until that date, nothing changes — you keep the plan you paid for.
What happens to your data#
Nothing is deleted. Your companies, forecasts, scenarios, projects and reports stay exactly as they are. What ends is access: the app requires a valid subscription or an unexpired trial.
Resubscribe later and everything is where you left it.
Before you go#
Two things worth doing while you still have access:
- Export any reports you'll want. A saved PDF is readable forever; a report in the app isn't reachable without a subscription. See Export to PDF.
- Freeze the reports you sent to people. A frozen report is the record of what you presented, and freezing it before you go means it stays that record. See Share a report.
Downgrading instead#
If the plan is more than you need rather than something you're done with, moving down a tier keeps your data live and accessible. See Change plan.
