The café and roastery has a funding request prepared for lenders, covering a second site and the loan that pays for its fit-out, and an internal review of its wholesale and webshop lines.
Each one runs cover to assumptions register: the headline figures, written narrative, cash through the forecast with the low point marked, the full statement tables year by year, a downside scenario beside the base plan, and the assumptions the whole thing rests on.
The narrative is written by AI. None of the numbers are. Every figure is computed by the forecasting engine from that company's model and traces back to the drivers behind it, which is the line printed on the bottom of each report rather than only claimed here.
