bluprnts · design direction previews

Fourteen versions of the same homepage.

Same content, same type system (Space Grotesk + IBM Plex Mono) — only the visual direction changes. The five newest tell the journey: five drivers in → the model derives → a profitable business in the future.

  1. NEW · Synthesis — the instrument that builds itselfAbove-the-fold only: dark split hero, own navbar. On load the SVG forecast panel assembles — five driver chips light up, colored feeders pour into the model node, the bank-balance line draws itself to £51.1M, and the derived KPIs count up. A "Watch it build" control replays it.
  2. NEW · Compute — the hero that forecasts itselfAbove-the-fold only: own navbar, split hero. On load the live panel builds the pitch — five drivers flow in, the bank-balance curve draws itself, breakeven lands, derived figures roll up from zero, then a slow recompute pulse keeps it alive.
  3. NEW · Verdant - decisions in, forecast outFrom-scratch brand break (Bricolage, ink-green + lime): click a decision chip and the live bank-balance chart morphs, counters re-roll, and a crosshair audits any month.
  4. NEW · Genesis — five lights become a forecastCanvas title-sequence: five driver motes converge into the model and extrude the cashflow line. Click a driver to pulse its provenance.
  5. NEW · The Runway — fly through 60 monthsScroll-flight down a 3D runway of months: driver events pass as signposts, the cash ribbon dips to £279K, dawn breaks at breakeven.
  6. NEW · The Playable Headline — drag the figuresThe hero is one giant sentence; scrub the five driver figures and every derived number re-rolls with a provenance thread. The wedge as a toy.
  7. NEW · Five Threads — money as woven threadScrollytelling Sankey: each chapter draws one driver thread, they braid through the model, fan into statements, and bind into the report.
  8. NEW · Drag the Future — a tactile time machineA big time scrubber drives everything: the bank balance rolls, the club literally grows, and scenario toggles fork ghost futures.
  9. ✓ Current — live nowShipped version: plain-English hero explaining the product, tokens folded into the real design system.
  10. Split hero — tighter topCurrent design, hero reworked into two columns: the live-forecast card lifts up beside the headline to fill the top-right deadspace.
  11. Split hero — sentence + cash chartThe forecast sentence trails off at “…never dips below £279K and” — the bank-balance chart underneath finishes it, climbing to £51.1M.
  12. Product-true (round 2)Built from the app's own artifacts: narrative-sentence hero, runway timeline, report on paper.
  13. A — Editorial financeWarm paper, ink & racing green. Calm, trustworthy, typographic.
  14. B — Crisp product-forwardCool bright, electric blue, floating product card. Modern SaaS energy.
  15. C — Instrument panelDark navy, luminous charts — continuous with the app's look.
  16. D — Bold color confidenceDeep green field, huge type, electric mint. Loudest and most brand-forward.
